Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Updated April 2026

Short answer

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The information you give us is used to respond to your junk removal request — and nothing else.

Please note

This is general information. We are not lawyers and nothing on this page is legal advice. If you need guidance about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney.

Why this page exists

California's privacy laws (the CCPA and CPRA), and similar laws in other U.S. states, give residents the right to be told whether a business sells or shares their personal information — and the right to opt out if it does. We are posting this page because that right is increasingly standard and because every customer, regardless of where they live, deserves a plain answer.

What "sell" and "share" mean here

Under California law, "sell" and "share" cover selling, renting, licensing, or otherwise making personal information available to third parties for money or for targeted advertising purposes. St. Simons Island Junk Removal does not do any of those things. The narrow exceptions — for example, sending job details to a licensed disposal facility, cooperating with a valid legal request, or handing off records if the business is ever sold — are described in our Privacy Policy.

What this means for you

Because we do not sell or share your personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. You can still ask us about the information we have on file, correct it, or delete it at any time. See the next section for how.

How to make a privacy request

If you believe we have information about you and you want to make a request (access, correction, or deletion), you can contact us directly. We do not require a formal written request — a phone call or an email is enough. Please include enough detail for us to locate your record, for example the name, phone number, or email you provided when you requested a quote.

We will respond within a reasonable time and — if you are a California resident — within the timeframes California law requires. We do not charge for handling privacy requests, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.

Authorized agents

You can designate an authorized agent to make a privacy request on your behalf. We will ask for reasonable proof of authorization and may ask the agent to verify your identity.

Changes to this page

If our practices change — for example, if we ever add a tool that would qualify as "selling" or "sharing" information — we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before making the change.
